I get that not everyone is ready to make changes. I really do get that. Change is hard. I once read that the only ones that like change are babies with dirty diapers.
So so I do get that change is hard. I have been there myself sitting on the cusp of making s decision that would lead to change, but afraid to take the steps necessary to change.
When a person finally comes to that point of taking the first step it can seem like an overwhelming leap of faith-- and sometimes it can be-- to make that first step in the wave of change. But it is necessary.
If if you are reading this blog you may have unintentionally ended up here or maybe you came to read it on purpose, but however you got here, if you're still reading then maybe you are at that edge of making a decision to make a change in your life. if you are, then I applaud you. I encourage you. I am proud of you.
But it if you are not there, don't worry because that just means you are not ready yet. But don't use it as an excuse to never be ready. If you want to see change you need to make it.
I can't remember who said that the definition of insanity was doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. If you are tired of doing the same thing over and over and you are not seeing any results or the same results then it might be time to make a change.
Dont to be afraid to take that first step.
Until next time, be good to yourself and others.
