It's Monday, so I'm ready to start working out...
It's Monday, so I'm ready to take on the world...
But wait a minute, it's Tuesday isn't it? Oh well, I guess I can wait until next Monday...
If that has been your attitude about doing something, anything, well, then I am here to tell you that no matter what day it says on the calendar—it's Monday!
I don't know why we feel like we have to start things on a Monday. Maybe our thinking centers around it being the beginning of the week, so therefore, that is the logical day to start something new.
But any day of the week is a good day to start doing something good for yourself.
I actually did start a weeklong cleanse yesterday (which was Monday). I am not trying to say Mondays are the do-all and be-all day, but if it is easier for you to start on a Monday, do it, but don't let yourself come up with excuses not to do it and to wait another week.
It boils down to choices—you either choose to start or you choose to feel regret because you didn't start—again!
So even though the calendar says Tuesday (or Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday) start today.
You can change one thing in your life and that little change can make a huge difference! You just have to try!
