I skipped working out completely for one day because I just couldn't do it. But you want to hear something really strange? When I did my Leslie Sansone walk yesterday and today, actually doing the workout "unplugged" my nose at least for the 15 minutes-half hour that I was doing the workout.
I found that really strange because you would think that I would have gotten more plugged, but the opposite was true. I am not complaining, I am glad, but my hope is that I don't have to continually workout to keep my nose unplugged! I guess when I had everything moving during my workout, it must have loosened the stuff in my nose.
Trying to persevere when you are not feeling well is not easy, but I find that it is necessary because if I don't do it, I will find excuse after excuse to keep not doing it.
What are your excuses? For this day, try to make those excuses go away.
