This coming Monday, March 14 is our mandatory weigh in. I am thinking there will be some of you who won't show up because you are feeling like you haven't lost any weight and so there is no point in getting weighed. I am here to tell you different.

So what if you didn't lose anything or very little this time? Keep trying, keep going. Don't look back at past failures and say, "Forget it. I can't do this." You can do this and you will do this because you want it. But you have to be willing to work for it. It may not come easy. It isn't coming easy for me. It has taken me eight years of doing this Be A Loser With Karin contest to take off and keep off 50 pounds. That has been discouraging. I wanted to do that the first year! But I didn't quit, no matter how badly I wanted to quit. I kept going. I kept persevering (sometimes harder, sometimes not so much).
I expect to see great results from your guys this year! I want you to know that I am in your corner and will help you in any way that I can.
