A glitch in the stories
I wanted to let you all know I am aware of the
glitch in the stories which sometimes is making the quotation marks and
apostrophes and other punctuation marks look like symbols or other strange
marks. I am working on fixing this. It happens because I am transferring
the stories from my Macintosh Operating System to a Microsoft Operating
System and something gets lost in the translation. Thank you for your
patience with me while I fix this.--Karin

the Bakkensí rural Staplesí homeóword about Jenny spread, and people were
praying.

in a fire which burned through their home on Monday, February 18.
One of the things that was salvaged was a box
of photos that one of the firemen fighting the blaze saw and threw out of
a window.

Plan public hearing for County
Road 55
After limited discussion on the petition asking for the vacation of
County Road 55, the county board set May 7 at 7 p.m. at the Osakis
Community Center for a public hearing on the vacation of the road. Their
attorney Paul Reuevers advised them that they will likely be in court on
this issue one way or the other and to make the best decision.
