The Eagle Valley School System was formed through the combining of Clarissa Public Schools and Eagle Bend Public Schools. The first graduating class from Eagle Valley High School was in 1989.

Eagle Valley has the majority of its classes at the Clarissa building with some classes such as high school art and shop and agriculture classes being held at the Eagle Bend building.

The high school sports teams are the Rebels: football, volleyball, girls basketball, boys basketball, baseball, softball; and the Broncos: wrestling
