PUBLIC NOTICE
PETITION TO AMEND THE
ZONING
ORDINANCE
Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, the 16th day of February, 2012, at 7 p.m. the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Auditorium of the Wadena County Courthouse to consider a petition to amend the Zoning Ordinance.
This amendment would add language to the Zoning Ordinance for regulation Adult Use/Sexually Oriented businesses with the boundaries of Wadena County which lie outside of the incorporated limits of a city, and would renumber subsequent sections in sequential order.
A copy of the proposed amendment is available for viewing at the Wadena County Planning and Zoning Office and the Office of the Wadena County Auditor at 415 Jefferson Street South, Wadena, MN 56482; or on the Wadena County website at: www.co.wadena.mn.us .
All persons interested are invited to attend said hearing and be heard on this matter.

The regular monthly meeting of Thomastown Township will be held on Tuesday, February 14 at 7 p.m. The meeting will include the annual audit of the books.
