Level 3 sex offender to be released

According to the Minnesota Department of Corrections, Chad Allan (Allen) Mikiska, 27, will be released from prison on February 6 to the 100 Block of Bryant Avenue Southeast in the city of Wadena.
Mikiska has a history of sexual contact with female victims ages 13 to adult. The contact included penetration. He was known to his victims.
A community notification meeting will be held on Friday, February 3, at 4 p.m. at the Wadena County Courthouse Auditorium.
Mikiska is a white male with medium skin tone and brown hair. He has blue eyes. He is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds and is described as being of medium build.
Mikiska is one of three level three offenders in Wadena County. Level 3 offenders are those judged most likely to reoffend.
Mikiska has completed his term in prison and must register as a predatory offender according to Minnesota State Statutes.
The public meeting will be held to release information about Mikiska and to answer questions from the public.
