February 20, 2008 Todd County Dairy Association to crown royalty Saturday, February 23 is the date set for the 2008 Dairy Princess and Jr. Dairy Ambassador banquet. The banquet will begin at 8 p.m. at the Browerville Community Center in Browerville. The 2008 Dairy Princess Candidates are Katie Becker, daughter of Dan & Barb Becker of Browerville, Megan Berry, daughter of Mike & Donna Berry of Long Prairie, Cheryl Middendorf, daughter of Ken & Brenda Middendorf of Sauk Centre, and Ann Motl, daughter of Mike Motl & Kim Harff of Browerville. The 2008 Jr. Dairy Ambassador candidates are Kim Blommel, daughter of Allen & Charlet Blommel of Clarissa, Sarah Holt, daughter of Doug and Karen Holt of Long Prairie, Tiffany Hulinsky, daughter of David & Shirley Hulinsky of Burtrum, and Emma Motl, daughter of Mike Motl & Kim Harff of Browerville. Each of the young ladies will be going through a judging process during the day, which consists of personal interviews, mock media interviews and prepared speeches.
