Pirates 24-Eagles 59

The Verndale Girls Basketball Team dropped their final Park Region Conference game of the season to the New York Mills Eagles 24-59.

The Pirates had missed opportunities on the offensive end, while the Eagles hit dagger three-pointers and scored on offensive rebounds.

Verndale shot 26% from the field, while New York Mills hit 40% of their attempts.

The Pirates forced 15 turnovers with 7 players having multiple steals. . .
