Bennett makes another court appearance

Dylan Bennett, charged with two counts of second degree murder of his parents Barry and Carol Bennett, made another court appearance on September 9.
Bennett did not enter a plea during the hearing. The next hearing, an omnibus hearing, is scheduled for October 28 at 1:15 p.m. at the Todd County District Courthouse.
