Browerville City council addresses concerns

A memo provided by Bolton and Menk City Engineer Kent Louwagie helped answer some of the questions and concerns of Citizen Calvin Lucas about the Gillis Avenue project that he raised during the June meeting of the Browerville City Council.
Included are the points of the statement which Louwagie presented to the council at their July 12 meeting.
City Maintenance Supervisor Chuck Buhl was also present to answer any questions.
