CentraCare—Eagle Valley Clinic closing November 1

After careful analysis, CentraCare has announced it will no longer see patients at the Eagle Valley Clinic in Eagle Bend effective November 1. Patients can still see providers and staff they have come to know and trust at the CentraCare – Long Prairie Clinic located at 50 CentraCare Drive, Long Prairie.
Additional resources are available to residents in the area including CentraCare’s e-clinic, which can be found at www.centracare.com or CentraCare’s 24-hour nurse hotline which is available at 320-200-3200.
“Many factors went into this difficult decision,” said Dan Swenson, administrator, CentraCare – Long Prairie. “Changes in regulations, technological advancements as well as financial considerations played a role. We want our patients to know that their care can be seamlessly transferred to one of CentraCare’s other clinics, including our newest medical campus located in Long Prairie.”
The Lakewood portion of the Eagle Valley Clinic will remain open.
