Collection is missing from Christ the King

According to a message passed along by Father Mitchell Bechtold, the Sunday, July 23 Mass collection (offering) has gone missing from the Christ the King Catholic Church.
Bechtold told parishioners in a memo, “Little is known at this time as to how it went missing, when exactly it went missing and why.”
The Todd County Sheriff’s Department was contacted and according to that department, the investigation is ongoing as of this report on Friday, August 4.
