Daoust heads up the recorder's office

Linda Daoust brings a lot of experience to her new position as Todd County Recorder—23 years in the recorder’s office, in fact.

In March, she will celebrate 25 years of working for Todd County in one capacity or another.

She began her career with the county working in what is now the Health and Human Services department as a Minnesota Family Investment Program clerical staff person.

“In 1996 I came up to the recorder’s office and served for seven years as a deputy recorder,” said Daoust.

She served the county in the role of chief deputy recorder under former Recorder Cheryl Perish for 16 years. . . .
