The storm drain couldn’t handle the torrential downpour during Tuesday morning’s storm that flooded the intersection of First Street Southwest and Bryant Avenue Southwest in Wadena. The streets and sidewalks quickly filled with water and some made its way inside Hockert’s Cleaners and Laundromat as captured in this photo by Bill Stearns.
