Never too late to graduate

Raymond Eiswald, 87, of Bertha received an honorary diploma on May 26 at the Bertha-Hewitt High School graduation.
“Ever since I started at Bertha-Hewitt I have been wanting to recognize a veteran with an honorary diploma. This year we were notified that Raymond Eiswald never received his diploma while serving our country, so we contacted him and he was really excited,” said Superintendent Eric Koep.
