No ifs, ands, or buts!


Okay, we all know that everyone has a reason or a "but" as to why they do or do not do something. Some "buts" are bigger than others, but we all have one.

Today, let's take a moment to think about your "big but." Here's some questions to get your motor running...

1. What do you have to lose (besides those extra pounds)?

2. Why not join a group where you will be encouraged instead of trying to do it on your own?

3. You will pay less for joining our contest than you would to join other popular weight loss groups and you have the chance to win money if you are one of our top losers. Who doesn't like winning?

For me, it isn't about the money (because I can't win anyway), it is about helping other people to realize that we can do this together. I have a lot of knowledge about weight loss and health and I want to share it. I really enjoy writing about it and talking with people about it.

We have a special cool thing we are able to do this year. We are working on setting up a time and place where anyone in the area is welcome to join us in a walk from home workout. The walk from home workouts are done indoors and we are finalizing the location as I write this. It will be a great time for anyone who wants to do this sort of workout for free! We just ask that you bring your own water and a towel.
