With the thought that suicide is preventable and that everyone and anyone can help, there will be a free class presented on Friday, September 22 from 8:30 a.m. until around noon at the Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church in Clarissa.
Pam Cook is a firm believer in the prevention of suicide. Perhaps it is because of her nursing background or maybe it is just because she cares so much about people. Whatever the reason(s) she wanted to get the word out that life matters....
