October snow breaks records

Seven to eight inches of the white stuff was measured in Hewitt between the October 20 and 22 snow events. Maverick Cronk (center) of Bertha was helping with snow removal after the area received several inches of snow on October 22. Jasmine Saunders (at right) of Clarissa was making snow angels and enjoying the crisp, fresh air and the freshly fallen white flakes.
