The Meadows plans to appeal MDH findings

The Meadows of Wadena plans to appeal the findings from the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) investigation, citing The Meadows was at fault for the death of a resident.

The Alzheimer’s, dementia and anxiety resident was found with her body on the ground and her chin stuck underneath the bedrail resulting in asphyxia.

The MDH determined neglect was substantiated....
