Two teens injured in rollover

According to the Minnesota State Patrol and the Todd County Sheriff’s Office, on May 3, at 4:54 a.m., a Chevy Silverado, driven by a 16-year-old male, was southbound on Highway 71, near 11th Street in Browerville. The vehicle drifted to the left, entered the east ditch, vaulted over an approach and rolled. Both occupants were thrown from the vehicle. The driver was taken to HCMC and his passenger, Connor Michael Throener, 17, of Swanville was also taken to HCMC with life threatening injuries. Neither were wearing a seatbelt and alcohol is believed to be involved. The Todd County Sheriff’s Office, Browerville Fire and Ambulance and Long Prairie Ambulance assisted at the scene.
