Wadena County Commissioners: Elevator broken, commissioners to move meeting location

The Wadena County Commissioners held their regular meeting on October 17.

Elevator Broken

The elevator in the courthouse broke down on October 11. There is no longer elevator access in the courthouse and this will be the case for about the next six weeks.

To be compliant with ADA, Dave Hotchkiss (IT) and Sean Uselman (maintenance) set up two kiosks—one in the lower level in the tunnel and the other on the landing outside the elevator door. There will be a table and chair with a telephone for each department on the upper level with instructions on how to contact the department the interested person wishes to see....
