Slagerman makes first court appearance
In a packed courtroom, friends and family showed support and are asking for justice for Lacey Kuschel of rural Clarissa who was shot and killed at 2 a.m. on Feb. 25 by Tyler Slagerman.
Kuschel, 35, was shot in the back and killed while she held their 5-month-old daughter.
Slagerman is facing charges of manslaughter and child endangerment.
