Pre-trial date set for Slagerman
Tyler James Slagerman appeared for his omnibus hearing on Monday, July 24 in a packed Todd County courtroom.
Friends and family of the late Lacey Kuschel, who was shot and killed at 2 a.m. on February 25 by Slagerman, watched as he pled not guilty to the manslaughter charge as well as the child endangerment charge.
