The 135th Annual Todd County Fair once again promises to be a good time for all.

From 4-H displays and presentations along with animals of all kinds, the fair welcomes visitors—young and old alike—to partake in the festivities that begin on Thursday, July 12 with a talent show at 7 p.m. and the Red Letter Band performing at 8:30 p.m.

There will be a host of midway rides provided by Magel Carnival beginning on Thursday. You can pick up advance sale arm bands at several locations (see the ad in this edition). You can also purchase them at the fairgrounds, but they’ll cost you more.

The ever popular FREE sweet corn feed will be on Saturday, July 14 from 4-7 p.m. followed by a demolition derby.

Sunday, July 15, you can watch or take part in a truck/tractor pull at 4 p.m.

As you enjoy taking in the displays, booths and checking out the animals, remember there is always plenty of food available at the fair.

Have a great time at this year’s fair from July 12-15 at the fairgrounds in Long Prairie.
