Ag inspecting can be a very thankless job.
But sometimes you are recognized for the work you do and that can bolster your strength to continue doing the job.
That’s what happened for Todd County Agricultural Inspector Nancy Uhlenkamp on Tuesday, July 17.
On that day, she was honored with being named the 2018 Outstanding Agricultural Inspector of the Year. She was presented with the award at the County Ag Inspectors Banquet which was being held as part of her annual short course training.
Uhlenkamp has worked in the capacity of Todd County’s Ag Inspector since October 2008. She had worked for Todd County Planning and Zoning beginning in March 2006. . . .
