Verndale man faced with 12 felony charges for child pornography

According to court documents, Nathan Roth, 37, of rural Verndale was charged with 12 felony counts for child pornography. 

The complaint filed in November of 2018 showed 11 counts of felony possession of pornographic work involving a minor, each carries  a maximum sentence of five years in prison and/or a $5,000 fine and one charge of felony disseminating pornographic work involving minors which carries a maximum sentence of seven years in prison and/or a $10,000 fine.

The complaint states on June 13 and 14, 2017, the pornographic work was traced to an IP address in Verndale. A few days later a subpoena to the Internet provider revealed it was an account owned by Roth. . . .
