Level Three Predatory Offender returns to Wadena

The Wadena County Sheriff’s Department and the Wadena Police Department are announcing a community notification for a Level Three Sex Offender who returned to Wadena County on Wednesday, August 15. Chad Allan Mikiska, age 33, moved to the vicinity of 100 Block of Bryant Avenue Southeast, Wadena.
Mikiska has a history of sexual contact with female victims (age 13-adult). Contact included penetration. Offender was known to victims.
In addition to level two notification (schools and daycares as well as establishments and organizations that primarily serve individuals likely to be victimized by the offender), law enforcement may notify other members of the community whom the offender is likely to encounter.
