Residents share concerns of water project

Two property owners brought their concerns about the water/wasterwater project to the council at their April 12 meeting.
Resident Calvin Lucas questioned several aspects of the proposed project that the city is moving forward with.
He asked how it was that the engineering firm Bolton and Menk was chosen for the project.
