The Stearns County Attorney’s Office is asking a judge to allow medical records belonging to Joseph Paul Herzing to be used in his criminal case. Herzing served at Christ the King in Browerville, St. Joseph in Clarissa, St. Joseph in Grey Eagle, St. Mary of Mount Carmel in Long Prairie, and St. John the Baptist in Swanville. On Tuesday, August 25, at approximately 11:10 a.m., the Minnesota State Patrol responded to a crash on Highway 71 and County Road 89. A 2003 Chevrolet Suburban was northbound on Highway 71 when it collided with another vehicle that entered the highway from County Road 89. Improvement projects at 39 Minnesota airports recently got clearance for takeoff, the Minnesota Department of Transportation announced. MnDOT will award $8 million collectively for pavement improvement and turf rehabilitation, crack rehabilitation and removal of obstructions on runways and taxiways.
