According to Randy, the sheep started showing up dead and were usually cornered in the pasture. They got rid of their dogs thinking they were the culprit. He wants to brighten up the hall by having three rows of fluorescent lights installed and put a fresh coat of paint on the walls. The department is cramped for space.
