Red Lake Woman Arrested in Todd County found Guilty of Murder and Arson in Death of her Children

A Red Lake woman has been found guilty of five counts of first-degree murder and one count of arson following a two-and-a-half-week-long trial, announced U.S. Attorney Daniel N. Rosen. On March 15, 2024, Jennifer Marie Stately, 37, attacked and killed two of her young children. High Speed Pursuit Ends in Crash

The Wadena County Sheriff reports that one of his deputies was involved in a vehicle pursuit during the evening hours of February 25. A deputy attempted to stop a motor vehicle for numerous traffic violations. The driver refused to stop, and the deputy initiated a pursuit.
