Staples-Motley-Verndale Golfers Showcase Talent at Home Meet
by Matt Uselman The Staples-Motley-Verndale girls golf team traveled to Sartell on Monday the 4th to participate in a 6AA Presections meet. There were 8 teams with 53 girls competing. The team finished in 6th place, led by Katelyn Schotzko’s 89. Mara Uselman shot a 112 to finish in 38th place. On Tuesday May 5th the girls held a home meet at The Vintage at Staples.
