A fatal two-vehicle crash occurred early Monday morning, January 5, on U.S. Highway 71 near mile marker 233 in Rockwood Township, Wadena County, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. On Thursday, October 9, at approximately 2:45 p.m., the Wadena County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call reporting that an adult male had been injured by a falling tree.
