Baron arrested on child pornography charges
The superintendent and principal at Midkota Public Schools in Glenfield, North Dakota, Ryan Baron, 40, formerly of Browerville, is being held in Griggs County, North Dakota on five felony charges of “possession of certain Materials Prohibited”.
On November 28, the Griggs County Sheriff’s Office, ND BCI, Foster County Sheriff’s Office, and the Department of Homeland Security executed several search warrants after receiving a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that an individual from Griggs County uploaded prohibited images. This person is identified as Ryan Baron. He was taken into custody without incident and charged with five counts of possession of certain materials prohibited and booked into the Barnes County Jail.
