Bertha Fire Department called to a grass fire
The Bertha Fire Department was called out to a grass fire on Friday, June 18, at 2:58 p.m., at the Jeffrey Lopez residence on County Road 1. Lopez had started a log pile on fire and it spread. The fire was extinguished before it reached the wooded area. The fire department was on the scene for nearly two hours.
