The Browerville-Eagle Valley Football season came to an end in Murdock vs. the Fighting Saints from KMS.

As a coach you hope that by the end of the regular season and the beginning of the playoffs you are playing your best and are able to give yourself a chance to compete. In our last five games, we have given ourselves a chance to be successful. A 14–15 loss to Upsala-Swanville-Area followed by a 20–36 loss to Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa showed the coaches and players that we as a team were not that far away.

Those losses were games that helped us become a better football team. We competed, learned and got better. We then traveled to Maple Lake and came away with a 37–26 win over the Irish. That ended our regular season with a 3–5 record and the number 5 seed in Section 4A. . .
