Commissioners hold closed session on pending litigation

The board of commissioners met in a closed session for over two hours during their regular meeting on Tuesday, April 16.
The purpose of the closed session was to review the status of settlement negotiations between the Todd County Attorney and counsel for Circle R Ranch regarding its youth camp licensure. The other topic was the potential litigation arising from the recent denial of a conditional use permit (CUP) for Dairy Ridge.
After discussion Chair Barb Becker reported that they had discussed those two topics with no further information able to be shared....
