E’s Espresso is a passion

“This is my hobby—my passion,” said Stephanie Eckel of Eagle Bend of her E’s Espresso business on Highway 71 in Eagle Bend.

E’s Espresso began as a sort of “pipe” dream for Stephanie who also serves as an English teacher at the Browerville Public School and formerly at Eagle Valley High School.

She had started a coffee club at Eagle Valley High School and the idea of it stuck with her. She kept talking about it with her family.

One day in the fall of 2020 her husband Jay said to her, “Hey what do you think of doing a coffee shop out of a shipping container?”

It kept the idea alive in her heart. . .
