Kent sentenced for third-degree criminal sexual conduct

Cody Kent was sentenced on September 2 for criminal sexual conduct in the third degree in Todd County District Court.

On June 10, Kent entered into a guilty plea for count two, criminal sexual conduct in the third degree, with all other charges being dismissed.

The other charges were criminal sexual conduct in the second degree, personal injury force/coerce, two counts of possession of pornographic work, solicit a child to engage in sexual conduct, and two counts of use of minors in sexual performance/pornographic work that was dismissed. . .
