The Bears football team kept on shining Friday night as they were able to move at will against the visiting Menahga Braves, and were able to pick up their fourth victory of the season. On the Bears opening drive, the offense made the statement that this game was going to be theirs, and were able to control the Braves defense from the start. The Bears were able to take 10 minutes off the clock and drive 70 yards in 13 plays, ending the drive with a 150 yard TD run by sophomore RB Jared Oyster. They took the early lead 7-0.
