The 1997 Miss Browerville Candidates are: Angie Benning, Becky Spandl, Jessica Benning, Rebecca Werder and Jeannie Gwilt. The Miss Browerville Coronation will be held on Friday, June 27, at 7:30 p.m. in the Festival Tent.

Leah Michael participated in the State Track and Field Meet held at the National Sports Center in Blaine on Saturday. Leah qualified for the state by placing second in the triple jump at the Section 6A Track meet. Although Leah didn’t place in the top six, she competed very well and had another outstanding Track and Field season at Browerville High School.

Notice: Our nightclub on Highway 71, 1/2 mile south of Browerville, will be open on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. A grand opening will be held on June 14 and 15. Name our new nightclub and win $50-Ed’s and Pete’s Place.
