Sue Wiersgalla is secretary-treasurer of American Legion Post 293, and loves it. The American Legion Post and the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) work together to open the doors of the Vets Club to Browerville’s citizens but basically its a post home for the vets. The Vets Club is proud to sponsor the “fish fry” on Friday nights during Lent. This project is very successful and raises money for the year for various charities in the area. This past year, fish fry money went to the school patrol, the St. Cloud VA, and for a new refrigerator for the club.
