At issue was a proposed development of nine lots along the shore of this small lake located in Ward Township, northeast of Browerville. The lake currently has 36 homes, including a campground. Ellen Peters, who represented the Horseshoe Lake landowners, stated, “ We need to limit the number of lots. Our lakes are overdeveloped.”

Leading the Tigers on offense was Larissa Thielen with six kills, two tips and one stuff block. Megan Geraets added four kills and two each ace tips and blocks.

Interest in sheep raising appears to definitely be on the increase at present.
