MS Tram takes the scenic route through the area

The 2023 Bike MS: Ride Across Minnesota, sometimes referred to as the MS Tram, recently held their five day event with bicyclists traveling through Otter Tail, Wadena and Todd counties. Participants all had the same goal, to find a cure for multiple sclerosis (MS).
MS is a disease in which the immune system eats away at the protective covering of the nerves. The nerve damage disrupts the communication between the brain and the body.
MS has many different symptoms, including vision loss, pain, fatigue, and impaired coordination. The symptoms, severity, and duration can vary from person to person. Some people may be symptom free most of their lives, while others can have severe chronic symptoms that never go away.
Bike MS is the largest charity cycling series in the country. The organization began in 1990 and they have been exploring different parts of the state in the process, enjoying scenic routes while funding research for a cure. . .
