Raiders baseball finishes 2-2 for the week

The Raiders baseball team finished the week with wins over Sebeka (7-3) and Pillager (11-6) while losing games to LPGE (3-8) and Pillager (5-8).
Shawn Schmitz started for the Raiders against Sebeka pitching 4.67 innings striking out 3 while earning the victory.
Kole Weishalla pitched the final 2.33 innings striking out 2 preserving the win.
Offensively, the Raiders showed patience at the plate and took advantage of nine walks the Sebeka pitchers gave up.
Kobe Hinzmann and Kole Weishalla each had two hits and an RBI to lead the Raiders. Other hitting stats include: Josh Johnson 1-4, 1 RBI, Torii Hagen 1-3, Aden Rach 1-3 Hit, and Jayden Schulke 1-3, 1 RBI.
The Raiders played sound defense in the field only committing one error through seven innings. If we play to our strengths by playing solid defense and throwing strikes we are hard to beat. . .
