The Bulldogs fell victim to the Tigers’ defense

by Coach Robert Schueller

Browerville/Eagle Valley - 85, Swanville - 56

The Browerville/Eagle Valley Tigers traveled to Swanville last Tuesday to take on the Bulldogs in a Prairie Conference game. The Tigers scored off the opening tip, and never lost the lead.

The Bulldogs fell victim to the Tigers’ defense committing early turnovers and missing contested shots. B/EV turned those into points jumping out to a 9-2 lead. Swanville’s Miller made a three-point shot which was answered by the Tigers’ Parker Duncan. The Tigers continued to slowly increase their lead. With just over seven minutes left, the Tigers' lead had grown to 30-11.

Browerville/Eagle Valley’s offense began to get impatient, not taking care of the ball, and settling for shots. . .
