The Tigers started the scoring in the bottom of the first with a walk, an error, and a two-out two-run RBI single by Grady Tomford.

The Tigers added one more in the bottom of the second with a two-out RBI double by Miguel Maloney that scored Blake Irsfeld who had singled earlier in the inning to give the Tigers a 3-0 lead.

After Osakis cut the lead to 3-2 in the top of the third, the Tigers answered back with two more in the bottom of the inning. . .
