Tigers defeat the Braves

The Browerville/Eagle Valley Tigers gave themselves a nice Christmas present by defeating the Menahga Braves last Thursday. With the unsureness of the weather, it was nice that Menahga could come down a little earlier and get one more game in before the break.

The Tigers took advantage of feeling comfortable in their own surroundings shooting 64% for the game. B/EV defense was also impressive in the first half as they held the Braves to just 11 points on 21% shooting. They also pressured the Braves into 12 turnovers. . .
